Claire Lamb

I have a long-standing connection with St Andrew’s as my children attended the school for 14 years. During that time, I was an active parent, regularly volunteering and supporting events through the PTA, which gave me a strong understanding of school life and the value of a supportive community.
My professional background is in early years education, having worked in nurseries for many years, including in management roles. I am passionate about creating positive learning environments where children feel happy, safe, and inspired to achieve their best. I have also been actively involved in the local community, working with Cobham Chamber of Commerce, Cobham Heritage Trust, Cobham Players, and Girlguiding.
I now work as a nanny for a local family, which allows me to continue supporting children’s growth and development on a daily basis. As a governor, I am committed to using my experience and enthusiasm to help St Andrew’s continue to thrive and provide the very best for all children.
