Ofsted & Siams Reports

Ofsted

Our most recent Ofsted inspection was undertaken just before Coronavirus lock-down in March 2020 when we were judged to be a 'Good' school. You can find a copy of the report at the bottom of this page. Key highlights from the report are as follows;

"Pupils are very proud of their happy and welcoming school community. They enjoy how the diversity of pupils and adults means that they have so many opportunities to learn from one another"

"Pupils are rising to (the) challenge knowing that all staff want the very best for them. This can be seen in many examples such as their good behaviour, the descriptive writing in their books and the artwork on display".

"Pupils feel safe here because they know adults always take such good care of them".

SIAMS

We underwent our most recent SIAMS inspection in May 2022 and we were pleased to be awarded the judgement that remain being a 'Good' a school. The Inspection made the following observations;

"Pupils and adults flourish at St Andrew’s because the entire school community is ‘relentlessly bothered’ about living out the clear and distinctive Christian vision of the school"

"The school has a clear vision for the flourishing of all which is underpinned by John 10:10. This is lived out by every member of the school community and all staff and pupils know they are cherished"
