PSHE

Personal, Social & Health Education (PSHE) is a planned programme of learning through which children and young people acquire the knowledge, understanding and skills they need to manage their lives - both now and in the future.  Here at Saint Andrew's we follow the Jigsaw scheme which is a whole school approach to teaching PSHE; developing the qualities and attributes pupils need to thrive as individuals, family members and members of society.

Lessons start in the Early Years and are progressively built upon, right through the school into Y6.  The Jigsaw scheme places children at its heart, and its cohesive vision helps children understand and value who they are and how they fit in and contribute to the world.
